ABOUT ME
Born and raised in a large Catholic family in Nashville, TN, cooking has always been in my blood. Food was never just a necessity-it was a love language, a way to show care and connect with others. From my earliest memories of helping my grandmother and father in the kitchen, I learned that cooking is an art that brings people together.
Growing up, I was blessed to have a diverse group of friends whose cultures I had the privilege to experience firsthand. From different techniques, traditions, and flavors, I discovered that food is a universal language-it transcends borders and speaks to the heart. These experiences have shaped my approach to cooking, blending traditional techniques with the flavors and stories of the world.
Currently located in Dallas, TX, I’ve had the pleasure cook for some of the city’s biggest athletes as a performance chef. Cooking for athletes and their families have allowed me to develop an intense passion for carefully sourcing high-quality, nutrient-rich ingredients to craft dishes that not only taste incredible but also support overall well-being.
